Products
All press on nail sets are handmade and may vary slightly from product photos due to lighting, screen settings, and handmade nature of each set.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for you based on the information provided at checkout. Please ensure all sizing, design preferences and shipping information are accurate before submitting your order.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Processing Time
All nail sets are handmade to order. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.
Shipping
Southern B Press is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press on nails, are sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nail Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size. Southern B Press is not responsible for sizing issues when the size selected matches the order submitted.
Digital sizing kits are recommended when available.
Product Disclaimer
Southern B Press press on nails are intended for cosmetic use only. Customers should discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs. By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge that Southern B Press is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper application, improper removal, and application method.

Limitation of Liability
Southern B Press is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of products. Customers are responsible for following all application and removal instructions.
