Refund policy

At Southern B Press, every press on nail set is handmade with care. Custom orders are made specifically for each customer. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Color variations caused by screen settings
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper application or removal

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item recieved
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once work has started on a custom set, cancellations cannot be accepted.
